1. Drain Inspection
First, we use a small CCTV camera to look inside your drains. This helps us see exactly what’s going on inside the pipes. We check for cracks, damage, or blockages and measure how bad the problem is. The camera also shows us the exact location of the issue so we know where to fix it.
2. Making the Custom Liner
Once we know the size and location of the damage, we create a liner that’s made to fit your pipe perfectly. We also prepare a special inflatable tube (called a bladder) that helps press the liner into place. Everything is carefully measured to make sure it fits around bends and corners in your pipes.
3. Installing the Pipe Liner
The liner is soaked in a strong resin and placed inside your damaged pipe. We pull it into position using existing access points and check its placement with a camera.
Then, we inflate the tube inside the liner. This pushes the liner tightly against the inside of your old pipe, covering cracks and sealing any damage. The liner is left in place until it hardens and forms a strong new pipe inside the old one.
Once it’s fully set, we remove the inflatable tube, leaving you with a smooth, strong, and watertight pipe.
