If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had no idea what I was asking for when I initially made contact with the company and John talked me through the services he could offer and prices upfront. John came within the hour (after-hours) and didn’t rush the job. He did absolutely everything to help resolve our problem and was successful. Professional from start to finish, as well as friendly and clear. He explained everything he was doing, step by step. Do not ring a large company, ring JET2CLEAR. Absolutely fantastic.

If Carlsberg did drain cleaning …
This is probably the most efficient service we have ever used for anything! Turned up very quickly, sorted the job, sent an invoice using an easy pay system (good rates too), and done. All sorted in a few hours. Very impressed.
My tenant had a blocked drain.
John came out the same day and arrived when he said he would.
He called me to update me on what the issue was and resolved the issue.
John is very professional, I’m happy with the price I paid and I would honestly highly recommend!
